Question: How do I earn points?

Step 1: Login to you account and click on the offers link to see a list of current offers. You should complete an offer by following the requirements listed below each offer.

Step 2: Most offers requires you to complete a survey, sign up for a site or otherwise view and navigate through a list of offers. Some offers require the use of a cellphone or a credit card to purchase a product. You should complete each offer as far as you are interested while following the directions listed in the offers description.

Step 3: Once you have completed an offer, you can close the offer browser window. You can see how many points were earned by clicking on the home link in the members area. Credited offers will be listed on this page. Offers may take up to 24 hrs to credit.

Question: Can you give me some tips on how to complete the offers?

Tip 1. If you are worried about spam, you can create a new email and use that when you are completing the offers.

Tip 2. Read the requirements below each offer before you try to complete the offer. Please also make sure that your browser cookies are enabled.

Question: Why did I not get credit for an offer I completed?

If you have completed an offer per the requirements, you should be given credit within minutes unless otherwise stated. Crediting usually occurs within 24 hrs, however sometimes it can be delayed for up to 3-5 days. You can try completing the offer again once you have read this section. If you did not receive credit, it could be due to the following reasons:

* You are not from the geographical location listed under the requirements.

* You entered bogus/fake information.

* Your email or other information is already in the advertiser's system.

* You did not let the sponsor site load completely.

* You do not meet the eligibility for the offer including but not limited to age, location, gender.

* You did not complete the offer fully according to our advertiser's requirements.

* Your browser does not accept cookies.

* You are using a proxy or external web service to use our site which effectively blocks cookies.

Question: How can I increase my chance of getting credited?

You can increase your chance of getting credited for offers by:

Most game codes are sent via email while physical items are shipped to you. Please add support@freegamergoodies.com to your email address book or safe senders list.

Emailed prizes and In Game prizes are sent within 2-3 business days. Shipped prizes can take 7-14 days for delivery. Once a prize has been processed, we cannot cancel the order, refund the points or exchange the prize item. If you do not receive an item after 14 days, please open a support ticket and let us know. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know.

Good Question! You can also earn points via our Referral system. You can grab your personal referral link and give that link to everyone!
